My recent dining experience at Lahore Food & Grill in Chicago was an exquisite culinary journey that transported my girlfriend and me to the vibrant streets of Pakistan. Nestled in the heart of the city, this hidden gem offers an authentic taste of Pakistani cuisine in a warm and inviting setting.

Food tasted very good. I love their Kofta Nihari. One of their signature dishes. Their chai is also good. If you order mixed grill with another curry, it would be enough for 4-5 people. Though once found their naans were a little bit over burnt. However that’s can be an outlier. But service a little bit slow, can be improved.

I ate here other day with my guy, chicken was purple in the biryani, I took 2 bites and had to stop eating. This place neeeds to be shut down, since that day my stomach been feeling Off. I don’t normally give out reviews but I had to give this review. I use to eat here all the time and thought it was decent but the ownership is not what it use to be . Honestly I felt as if they freeze the food and re cook it..

I can’t single out one item, everything they serve is super delicious. This restaurant is mainly famous for its Chicken Chargha which has never been inconsistent in its taste. Every thing’s always perfect from preparation to the presentation. We come here very often and have never been disappointed so far.

They have degraded their quality a lot, they have watery Lahori Daal with extra garam masala in it, chicken charga over cooked & has blood leaking after taking a bite from it, Chicken tawa rice has no taste and Chicken inside it raw, after complaining it to new owner Salim who has extra attitude in him does nothing over and tells his customer to eat whatever has been cooked, always chewing tobacco in his mouth. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant again

Very late night spot I was hungry they let me dine in with family but my bill came out to $115 and at the end I added 4 cans which was suppose to be $121 but the man at the reguster kept robbing me he add the $127 total bill! But I still gave him $6 tip because he let me dine in late because everything was closed. Haleem and nihari is trash don’t go for it.

Worst chargha I ever had. They give out burnt and dry chargha for to go’s order and don’t bother to pickup the call when they are aware of it that they messed up. Also, the fat guy on register not willing to listen or take any complaints other than that, he will suggest you to buy food elsewhere because it’s gonna be the way it is burnt and dry charghas at lahori chargha for to go orders because mostly people don’t check their food till they reach home and this guy have the audacity to not pickup the call and if he end up picking up the call he will suggest you better places. Unsure what kind of business they are running
