My family and I showed up as they were closing and Austin and his amazing team of employees didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond and reopen machines to serve us! I had my 9 yr old triplets with me as well as my dad who survived stage 4 throat cancer, and just wanted an ice cream! They are so patient and kind and will never know what that meant to us!!!! Excellent customer service doesn’t come close to doing it justice! They are amazing angels!!!!

We were not told when we ordered that nearly half of the soft drink options were out of order. When we asked if they could fill for us from the machine they use for the drive through we were told no and “I’m sorry” several times. Five minutes later another customer came inside to order and walked out with a carrier full of drinks from behind the counter. The portions were small by comparison to other locations and the gravy was runny. The box says that happy tastes good; it doesn’t say anything about how disappointed tastes. Will go back to the Blue Lakes location from now on.

Dairy queen is known for their ice cream I think above all else. To be honest that’s mostly why I go there, although I have had their food many times over the years. They have a pretty decent selection of ice cream including they’re blizzards, shakes and malts and even dipped cones. When I get something other than a blizzard I’ll go for a banana split or a parfait. Nice selection of toppings, the usual strawberry, fudge, chocolate. They do have some pretty good food as well. If you’re in the mood for a fast food burger with a little bite the flamethrower stack burger should hit that spot. The chicken is moist and really tasty. As far as fast food goes, they have a little extra to offer and not really any more expensive than any of the others these days.

So, dairy Queen is a staple of fast food around America, we all know this or maybe we don’t. They offer ice cream, chicken, burgers and almost anything else you can think of fast-food esq. They even serve cheese curds which is one of my favorites. Love this place, unfortunately the location that I went to may have given me food poisoning it was one of the few things that I had eaten that day and it gave me a terrible headache and nausea for the rest of the day.

O ya now I remember why hadn’t in a year. Horrible customer service. Multiple things but main point today, speed of service, it plays into a person overall feeling of customer service. 10 Min until even in the speaker ordering let alone how long it took until leaving. This is fast food, never again even though so close rather put up with blue lakes traffic for quick order if I feeling dq never Addison location again horrible.
