Don’t waste your time going here. Stopped off around 730pm and of course the lobby was closed because of short staff. The drive through moved slow and I was super surprised to see 4 people including two managers at the window. With them running just a drive through I expected hot quality food even later in the evening. My burger was ice cold and the fries tasted like they were cooked hours ago. We our drinks sat on the counter while all the rest of our food came out, we still had to ask for drinks. Then we only got 2 of our 3 three drinks and caught attitude when we asked for our third one. The picture below is the supposed side of apple slices we were given. I can get a bigger side at other restaurants here in the area. Overall this was a terrible location.

Ordered a #10 Asiago Chicken Ranch sandwich Large with Strawberry Frosty. I got a double bacon sandwich instead and the fries were only halfway filled. The only good thing was the frosty. Service was like I don’t want to be here. Here’s your stuff go away.

ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT THE WORKERS DONT GIVE THEM TO YOU UNLESS UPON REQUEST WHICH IS RUDE AND A CONSTANT PROBLEM. Having worked at this location In the past i know when i ask for fresh burger meat it takes about 5 minutes and my food will be hot not warm. Tonight around 9 30 pm tuesday may 23rd the lady manager with red hair took my order for two daves singles 2 frys and a spicy chicken. Wasnt handed a receipt upon paying and neither of my singles were freshly made. I sat in line for around 10 minutes for the sake of my infant child in the car i didnt have the time to pull around but i will be expecting a refund or remade order. Guaranteed Sherri the boss of these mangers wouldnt be excited to hear how lazy and untruthful the CLOSING Manager was tonight. When my woman asked for it fresh at the drive threw and the worker taking my order said okay im not sure where i went wrong on my end but ill guarantee its due to laziness. Also do we not repeat orders back to assure theyre correct? The lady who took my order surely did not. I always had to make all orders fresh per order at the end of the night. I dont think its fair for me to spend my gas money as well to come out of the way and be treated like im an idiot. If i spend a third of a hundred dollars on food im not trying to pay for food thats warm and has been sitting for 30 minutes at a time or longer. At this point i could have a youtube channel on the videos ive recorded at this wendys sitting waiting for my food. Yall nedd to make sure the employess taking orders and cash know how to give a proof of purchase or receipt this shouldnt be a request ive had to wait 5 minutes additionaly for my receipt which i had to request. I thought the clowns worked for McDonalds but apparently its wendys now.

Hire more. Tired of lobby being closed. Did an online order and had to wait in the long line in drive thru. Food was cold Fries were not only cold and mushy but half full. Second time in two weeks that it was bad. Come on Wendy’s You all have the best burgers but got to do better.

The fast food joints out here are slow waited for the person ahead of me to co.e back in they said they forgot card waited 5 minutes they never came back.they didn’t want to clear the register so they made everyone wait had to leave without ordering. If your looking to eat fast and go back to work don’t choose this place they are very slow.

Lobbys STILL NOT OPEN since covid19…is just PLAIN LAZYNESS!!! Employees/Owners just don’t want to let PAYING customers use bathrooms while they sit there and collect OUR $$$!!! If you ask me it’s a WASTE of $$$ bc they’re paying utilities for the dining areas to stay closed to the PUBLIC!!!
