Ordered 60 dollars worth of food, order was messed up spent 30 minutes on hold was told there would be a credit for the meal went to order again and the credit was only 10 dollars spoke to manager in person this time said it didnt matter that he had lied to me about the amount he could do nothing. If they screw up I hey will not do anything for you.

The blonde old women with a lip piercing and no name tag was incredibly bitter and rude. She had an obviously different attitude towards other people versus us. She kept constantly giving dirty looks and my wings were cold. She was also talking dirty about other colleagues to a customer claiming they didn’t take their job seriously etc etc. very unprofessional and makes the establishment look bad.

Honestly, it’s a bit expensive and very overcrowded, those I could deal with. But the people working did not belong in customer service. No greeting, no smile, a literal frown, acted as if my being there placing an order was inconvenient. Honestly, if I wasn’t buying for my father, I would have left. I will never return.

I’m not sure if there’s new management or a new team there but the last two times I have ordered I order the same thing I always have the ten piece meal with buffalo and garlic parmesan the last time I got it buffalo wings were fine but they didn’t put any garlic seasoning on the other ones so I ordered again and I made sure to ask that they coat the wings in the garlic seasoning this time I got them and they drowned the buffalo wings with way to much sauce and idk what they did to the garlic parm wings which is a dry rub they drowned it in butter and still did not put hardly any seasoning on them really gross definitely the last time I order them

WHERE IS THE SAUCE ?! Is there a sauce shortage??? Because the last 5 months when I order bone in hott wings you guys put a TEASPOON of sauce. Whoever quit or got fired 5 months ago that made this place edible, I MISS YOU :(( I will finish this comment with a list of things that have more moisture than these wings.

Fist off this is not my first experience with this restaurant, I had ordered food over a year ago and just chalked up the soggy wings, fries and extremely slow service to the current state of affairs affecting our world. Now I know better.
