I ordered the new Bourbon sub and was given two half tomato slices. I noticed however that the picture showed that the sandwich came with two whole slices of tomatoes. I then asked the cashier for the missing two half slices and she refused to give it to me. I was shocked! I proceeded to say that if she did not give me the slices I would demand a refund and they lmwould lose a customer for life . Her reply was, I’d rather lose a customer than give you the slice. She issued the refund. Needless to say, I will never visit a Charlie’s again.

Today March 25th 7:30 pm the staff clearly made my order wrong. I told them no onions, they told me I stated onions, which I’ve never had or never will ask for onions, got into a verbal argument with three women that are working behind the counter, I stated to them to make my sandwich over again, and I would like warm fries. Because I spent $18 on the combo that’s not cheap!!! They said no we only could make a sandwich. I told them to stop it. This is America not a Third World country. Because that’s the way they treat their customer I am a immigrant, so I have the right to make the statement, customer service in this establishment does not exist or employee training. It’s the Third World mentality that they have in Hialeah sincerely, yours, Mario Garcia these three women should all be fired. Will be contacting corporate office or district regional managers office for being rude and nasty and disrespectful to me and my wife.

I went to charley’s in westland mall in Hialeah at 8:40 pm to eat something but the lady said that was closed:( because she already cleaned the grill! I think if the mall close at 9 the charley’s should be open!

The subs here are pretty great, like most sub shops the sub is made before your eyes and you are asked what toppings you would want. Its in the food court so not surprisingly, its going to be noisy and sometimes crowded. Saturdays are the most crowded, being inside of a mall and all, it comes as no surprise. If you plan on coming on a Saturday, try to get here early because finding a parking spot past noon may be a pain.

Oh my goodness I found the longest strand of HAIR in with my melted cheese onions and pickle on my Philly steak after spending $13 on my order and craving their yummy food from the time I came I to the mall I was truly disappointed to say the least. Not to mention my unborn was kicking me like crazy in anticipation of something hot and pickley lol. I’ve always been a fan of this food chain they have never let me down prior to today but luckily I was surprised that the manager Jasson was a completely customer service orientated dear. He quickly offered to remake my sandwich or refund me the total which ever I’d prefer . He was courteous and apologetic not making a fuss when I showed him the strand on my sandwich. He smiled and was genuinely interested in appeasing me Iand my issue I even saw him go over to the cooks to have a chat with them to make sure they were being careful about this sort of thing in a very professional matter. He was cool calm and collected. I had a fresh sandwich remade minus the disgusting hair and all was well he even gave me a larger order of fresh real french fries I love their thick cut fries and so did my bouncy baby girl in my belly lol . Thank for making customer satisfaction a priority and for your professionalism in the matter. Kudos to your great staff also. We shall be back!!!
