I’ve purchased lunch at this particular store before and it was fair, nothing special. I haven’t returned there until very recently. I’m a business owner who shares food with homeless folks in the area after work. Temps are high and i was in need of some ice for drinks. Two stores were out of ice and I was hoping to buy some from close by business. I politely asked of I might buy a small amount of ice and was told I could get a small cup. I explained my need for a bit more and was rudely referred to the 10 711’s in at mile radius. (No sorry I can’t help you would have been fine).

My boyfriend and I decided to order Jimmy Johns on doordash. 25 dollars later we get our food and it’s on literal sandwich bread. We’ve eaten here before and never had this issue. We are utterly confused and questioning why we ordered out when we could’ve made this at home. To their defense it is New Year’s Eve but the laughs when we opened our sandwich’s were pretty great.

First time ordering online & our Italian was missing the vinegar & oregano oils ): also missing chips . Called the store & they are fixing the situation. The dressings are what makes the sandwich but happy to know the store is acknowledging fault .

I revisited this Jimmy John’s because I received great customer service on my first visit there, a few months ago. Today two of the people there displayed the worst customer service I have ever received at a Jimmy John’s, and I have been to a few of them. These men were sarcastic, argumentative and disrespectful. One of them said his name was Stewart and the other said his name was Paul Johnson. I let them know that I was going to call their Corporate Office, and I did. I did not make a purchase because whenever workers in a business treat me as though my purchase does not matter, I do not patronize that business.

Jimmy John’s is usually my “go-to” when I need a quick lunch delivered… oh but today… they failed me miserably. I left specific delivery instructions and they failed terribly by not even reading them. they had me waiting over an hour for my order and then took it back to the store. This is sad… I enjoy great food but bad service is always the deal breaker for me! Moving on…
