I ordered probably one of the easiest sandwiches, a grilled cheese. I waited for 10 minutes, it didn’t come out with the rest of the food. My parents have finished their sandwiches, and I’m waiting on a remake of mine because they didn’t melt it enough. The cheese was solid. Melted is not in their vocabulary. Their sandwiches were cold too.

The staff was nice and the food was great. Can’t ask for better than that! The only critique I have is that the website says there is an option to check in when you get there and have the food brought out to you, but there isn’t. Not a problem…unless you show up in PJ pants. Oops!

Very disappointed for lunch service anymore. Used to love going here and being able to grab a sandwich. Last couple of times have had to wait a really long time to be greeted or to take my order. Looks like they are working on a large Togo order or catering of some kind. Completely ignore the customers in the restaurant. Today was finally the last straw, after waiting about 10 mins without being acknowledged, asked how long it would be, was told it would be another 20 mins after I get my order in, but who knew when that would be because no one had taken an order or looked like they were going to the whole time I was there. Thankfully Goodcents is right across the street if you ever need a sandwich for lunch in less than an hour.
