Stopped in with my kids for a quick bite on the way to Walmart. We got pizza, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks and fries. Food was delicious, hot and served quickly. Loved that the fries and mozzarella sticks came out first, so the kiddos could start eating and not fill up on soda. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The two gentleman at the counter were very friendly and even cracking jokes with my son when he went up to ask for a takeout box for our left overs. Portions were generous and the price was right were everything is these days. Looking forward to going back with the rest of my crew to try some of their other dishes and steaks. I read the other reviews and can only suspect these situations occurred at extremely busy times. We were there around 3:30pm. I’m not a fan of crowds so when we do go out I try to go either go early or late to beat the rush. I wouldn’t over look this establishment. We have a very positive experience.

Dave gave great service , food was terrific — Don’t just think pizza, there are many Italian specialties; sandwiches, eggplant parmigiana, lasagna, salads, and more. The atmosphere is comfortable with booths, and clean. Nonna’s is a hidden gem in the Walmart Mall, try it out!!

The food was good, but the service was horrible. It started with a very unprofessional register guy. Talks about how he hates to be there and should be out delivering. He messed up the order, burnt the single slices and asked us to substitute a ten in pies for five dollars more. We ordered six ten inch pies, that they advertise to be ready in 5 minutes, to eat there. They came out in random servings, with the last one coming out 40 minutes after we ordered. He told us he worked with idiots, he kept on calling the cooks “amigos”. He messed up somebodys order and offered it to us.I told him no, maybe he should work on our order. People were lined up along the wall waiting for their orders. When we left after 45 minutes, the couple behind us did not have their order yet.We have dined there before and the food was good, i will probably come back, but not when he is there.If he hates that job so much he should move on. This happened on June 28, 2023 at about 6 pm. I hope the owner reads this, before someone punches this guy in the nose.

They ripped me off over $4 in drinks. Ordered delivery for a cheesesteak & 2 drinks. Driver came with just the steak. I asked where are the drinks he told me I didn’t order any. Well this receipt right here in front of you said I did. Oh man I’m sorry. I’ll be right back with them. Hour goes by still not back. Now I didn’t have anything to drink so I was waiting to eat the sandwich. I called and can you believe that they gave me an attitude like it was my fault. We’re busy right now you have to wait. I would have not ordered in the first place if my sandwich wasn’t coming with a drink lol. I asked for a refund on the drinks and never got one. Place is a joke. Keep the money. Keep this bad review that was rightfully earned. I’ll give my money to other businesses that are more deserving. Stay away far away

I gave this place a try. From the previous pizza places in here. The pizza was okay. It needs work. The wings definitely do not get them. They look very disgusting as well as tasting disgusting. I tried the sweet teriyaki. They look like they were old wings that were re fried. The mozzarella sticks weren’t great at all. The marinara sauce was very water downed and was very bland. This location definitely does not have good luck with pizza places and it’s a shame because it’s a great location

So… Nonna’s Pizza Kitchen, what can I say? First time trying this place and most likely the last. Giving 2 stars because the place was clean, the girl at the counter was friendly and the food was… edible but beyond that I don’t have much good to say about this place. I realize prices are up everywhere but for what we payed it was a definite disappointment, the cheesesteaks were dry, over cooked and lacking cheese unless you ordered extra. The mozzarella sticks were lackluster and the marinara sauce was bland. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this place was unimpressive and mediocre at best. If you’re looking for food that’s edible or passable or you’re just feeling lucky you can try them for yourself and I hope you have a better experience than we did. That being said I can’t say that I would recommend Nonna’s Pizza Kitchen, not when there’s other places nearby with better food available. * Not trying to roast this place, this is just my and my family’s honest opinion of Nonna’s Pizza Kitchen *
