Fast service, good food, it was hot but fresh! Usually we go through the drive-thru with coupons if we have them. Once they forgot to give me a smoothie, we called and we were able to pick it out the next day so we’ve never had any problems, their drive-thru makes all the business as it’s not busy for dine-in. I used to come in the winter a lot because of the tree that was planted inside but they took the tree away.

When I speak to someone and I am placing an order, and the gentleman taking my order literally looks away from me everytime he responds. Very odd. Watch the next person and same issue. I think I know what the issue is but I feel offended by it so I will not look into it to much. Need better communication. Feel like I’m being disrespected all the time here.

I haven’t been disappointed. The Reuben sandwich is my favorite. Roast beef and cheddar would be my second choice. I drive thru so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. I will have to try a gyro on one of my visits.

My boyfriend placed an order for himself & his co-worker that he literally had to tell an employee 5x before another employee intervened to take the order for the 6th time. The first time he was told to pull up and wait. The woman that took his order stopped after several minutes (and no food) to ask if he needed something. He reminded her that she said she’d bring his order to him. At that point he repeated the order again. When he got back to work half the order was missing. When he came back for his order the same employee still couldn’t get it together. She even told him he got his entire order like he would take time on his lunch clocked out to drive all the way back for something so absurd. At this point nearly 45 minutes had passed and they asked if he still wanted his order. When he responded yes it was his dinner of course he wanted it they asked what was missing. Like he should drive back to the shop and eat the cold items and drink a warm shake. Some serious retraining and more care with filling orders is required.

Order was wrong for starters. We are on a diet and couldn’t eat the breaded chicken they gave us instead of the roasted chicken we ask for. Then there was LITERALLY 2 slivers of shredded lettuce on it. Order two HALF POUND beef and cheddars in a bowl. You can see from the pictures that this is about 3 shavings of roast and a DRIP of cheese. Overcharged us and gave us cold food that wasn’t even right. Never gave us any of the sauces we asked for. Will never eat Arby’s again. What an awful experience and cost me $35. What a joke and very sad. Disappointed with you, Arbys.

Love the new building but the quality of there products have gone down. I worked here briefly in 2003 before going to the USMC. The owner made sure the quality of the food was always great. After his passing it changed hands and after many years a new building was placed. Customer service is exceptional. Prices are quite high honestly. Out of the ten times I have dined in, I have had to clean the table 8/10 times myself in order to sit. Building a roast beef sandwich takes special care but they don’t seem to do that. It’s always over messy which is annoying when your trying to enjoy it. I have made these personally and stacking the meat in a certain way, the correct way does not take anymore time then how they are doing it, just a little bit more love that’s all. All in all I give it a 6/10 when compared to other fast food in the area.

Drive through with the woman that colors her hair! We place an order and expect what is advertised. you don’t get nearly the same as marketing. The sandwich is like all crunched together and all over the place. And not to mention the cheese is so light it’s like a half a teaspoon. Never again will we order here.

First time here. We were the only customers that came in. There were about 4 girls working too and just standing around. Food wasn’t fresh at all, but we were so hungry we didn’t even bother complaining about it. Spent $30 for awful food. The chicken was the worst part of it all. Won’t go to this location again.
