I paid a good amount for a large voodoo fry. My fries had wayyy too much seasoning literally dumped on it. It was completely inedible. I used to eat here a lot but I promise I won’t be back.

The food always takes forever to get ready. I realize it’s not fast food but it shouldn’t take 40 minutes to get your order while you’re standing in the store then to add insult to injury,… in the bathroom is closed for the night at 9:00. The restaurant should be open as long as the business is open. Plus if I’ve got to wait 40 minutes to get my food at least you can let me do is use the restroom. When I asked was it out of order they said no it’s just closed for the night. I didn’t realize the bathroom closing time is different from the restroom closing time. Myself and all my employees at a local business are tired of it and we will no longer support this business. 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and order of fries is just ridiculous. One more thing I like to add is they have a big sign on the front that says dining room now open but apparently the dining room closes as well before the actual store closes. It would help with the sign said dining room open until 8:00 or whatever time they decide to close the dining room and the restroom lol this place is such a joke!!!! TRASH SERVICE!!!!!

We arrived and the floor was wet as in flooded wet and fans were on and on the floor. The chairs were sticky and the counters were a little damp. Idk what happened before we got there but they should have told us something instead of letting us just assume. The manager told the lady that was taking our order to go to the back and she stuck her tongue out at him very childish in front of me and my kids. The kids said their food was great but their was no ice for the drinks. It was a weird experience but since my kids wanted wingstop I caved.

Came late night order wings . Didn’t have my flavor in stock , so I chose another favorite . The sauce was prepared all wrong and very salty due to the large amount of dry rub that was used and just piled on the wings instead of distributed evenly . Overall wings still weren’t cooked properly because they have a stale old greasy taste (may need to change grease ) called store to let manager know about this issue and she didn’t apologize or acknowledge the issue . Showed no remorse instead she says “ the grease wasn’t old , just changed it “ and seemed as if she don’t want to replace my Order that I spent over $40 for !! She doesn’t care for the customers or quality of food the location is serving ..

Highly unprofessional. Ordered 50 wings and 2 orders of Cajun corn. Which also comes with ranch. Sent no sauce. Which is fine. It happens. Im over a half hour from the store we ordered from, so we called and politely asked if we could get our ranch from a closer location. They said no. Basically tough luck. No sorry. No attempt to correct the issue. Just tough luck. Ridiculous. Poor customer service. Poor attention to detail. They felt like working so my food was great. I placed an online order and the food was ready at the expected time. The only thing I didn’t like was my dipping sauce wasn’t closed properly so it leaked out. I’ll be back.

I ordered some wings and fries, and they look like they took old fries and refried them. I got in the car and my daughter and I was so hungry and I didn’t notice how bad they were till I got home when I looked at the fries. I usually go to WNB factory, and today I want to try something different. Biggest mistake of my life!

The waiting time was EXTREMELY long apparently our order was ready about 30 minutes ago but they didn’t call our name. The fries were a little bit stiff but noting too bad. Very nice place mostly clean. Staff was on their phones but they were very friendly

I’ve driven past multiple times and I finally got the chance to stop. It was not the Wings that drew me in however, it was the Voodoo fries. These are French fries covered in each, cheese, and seasoning salt. They were absolutely delicious. The staff was nice and the food was hot.
