One of the best Desi brunch buffets I’ve had in the area!! The live bhaturas and dosas were an amazing touch, and all the flavors were so wonderfully subtle, it really was artistic!

Would recommend to anyone who enjoys Indian cuisine. We got garlic naan, lamb samosas, chili chicken, and chicken Tikka masala. All of it was delicious and above average when compared to other Indian restaurants near here. Not the best we have ever had, but a nice gem of a find in Needham.

Amazing food, amazing service! Exceptionally fresh and comfortable. Great signature cocktails (my lechee martini was balanced and bright). Thaali combination platter had all my favorites including tender delicious Lamb Rogan Gosh. I am looking forward to going back!

Sunday brunch at Masala Art is a tradition for us. It is popular for large Indian family gatherings, and the buffet is excellent. Love the variety of entrees on offer at the buffet. A few might be more spicy than I would make at home, but great regardless

Thank you for enchanting my sophisticated palate. The Masala dosa was just awesome! The potatoes and the chutneys were extremely flavorful. I like my food spicy and they made it just the way I asked them to prepare it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The service was great. Many vegan options on the menu. Will definitely recommend this place for all the food lovers.

We reached at lunch time and were offered to check out ongoing buffet. It seemed good so we opted for it. Before even starting our appetizers we were served bread, and we had to ask them to take it away as it would get cold by the time we got to main course. When we got to main course, they microwaved the same bread and brought it back. We complained about it and they gave an excuse that the tandoor cook as on a break. Then changed it in about 10 minutes. On the live counter the chef wasn’t there and came only after waiting for about 5 minutes. In the end we were asked to rush as they said they were about to close the counters (we weren’t informed about the timing while we opted for the buffet). For a party of 4 adults, 1 kid, 1 infant, they added 18% charge to the bill (large group). I wan neither happy with the food, nor with the service and billing. Poor experience. Not visiting again.

Early dinner on a Sunday saw our party having the place almost to ourselves. The food was delicious and the service was friendly! The drinks were great too! Highly recommend the lychee martini! We all enjoyed our meals, we didn’t have dessert, but maybe next time! The only thing that caught us off guard was the built-in tip that wasn’t announced for our “large” party of 5.

We have had so much Masala Art over the years, we had them cater two meals for our wedding back in September of 2018. One was a heavier dinner with appetizers for an evening event, and another meal was a lighter lunch. The good people at Masala Art nailed it! We heard nothing but compliments on both meals and are completely satisfied with their work. I didn’t get a chance to try it (was busy getting married), but we heard the mango and rose flavored lassi drinks were delicious. They also set up and recommended different food stations which encourages movement/mingling of guests which worked out great.

Dined here with a couple of friends. Ordered a couple of appetizers and three main dishes, Saag, Tika Masala, and one other dish. They were OK, not bad and not excellent but the BO from the waitstaff was so bad that the entire time it felt like you were dining in the middle of the boys varsity football locker room. OMG it was so strong that I had to hold my breath every time the servers came around to clear the table to bring something. Holy moly. Ruined the entire dining experience. Take a shower once in a while, please!!!!! Never going back here again.
