My husband and I just finished our awesome meal from Firehouse Subs. We ordered the smokehouse chedder brisket sub and it was delicious. It had just the right amount of ingredients and has that mouthwatering flavor. The best part of ordering a meal is that you get to pick any size drink for it. The gentlemen that took my order was very nice and helpful. At this location, you won’t be disappointed!

Today is the second time the sandwich is cold…today I returned the sandwich and informed the cashier the meat was refrigerator cold. Did they volunteer to redo or compensate? NOPE. She didn’t know what to say or do. So that was a waste of money. Will not be going back. This location has always struggled with good help.

I was not satisfied with the costumer service at this location. Went in to grab a sandwich with my wife and family the other day as we always do because we love Firehouse. Out of all of the ones I’ve been to this place felt like we were a bother to the employee. The young Hispanic lady that worked the cash register on 05/24/2023 in the afternoon had her headphones on the entire time. She had an attitude like she did not want to be there. While another lady was making our sandwiches she would go around and sit there on her phone while still having her headphones on. While I don’t mind what she did as far as her attention to costumer goes what bothered me was her attitude. The sandwiches were great and I don’t expect to be treated like royalty anywhere but at least have a great attitude especially working with costumers and that’s the reason I have it a 3 stars.
