6/30/2022 I ordered take out House Special Lo Mein and combination Pork Egg Foo Young with shrimp fried rice. Everything was absolutely disgusting!! The rice was over cooked and mushy. The Pork Egg Foo Young gravy was bitter and the eggs mushy and tasteless. The Lo Mein was mostly noddles and very little meat and vegetables. Total cost $22.66. Nasty tasting food!!!!

Menu gives you lunch special price of $7, but when you add it to the order it comes up as more than $9. They refuse to take an order over the phone which forces you to pay an additional $5 delivery charge, then also want to add a tip!!! LMFAOOOO Not quite!!! Keep it!!!

They get NO STARS! Only reason why they are getting 1 is so i can write this review! I ordered the fried dumplings and the pineapple chicken combo. The fried dumplings were all wet and soaked and as soon as i bit into it the meat just flew out. The pineapple chicken was so dry, some of the chicken were good some tasted disgusting. there was no sauce on it and the white rice was so sticky and dry due to the fact their was no sauce on it! i could barely pick any rice up with the fork they gave me and it was tasteless. It was traaaash! And for the amount of money i spent i definitely expected better. So disappointed i want my money back high key ! That’s ridiculous i wish i knew how to post pictures on here because i definitely have pictures before everything was thrown out!

I just got turned on to this place last week. It’s less than a mile away from my job. I was presently surprised. Nice, clean front of the house. The food was fresh, hot and tasty and they had no problem customizing my order as I now have dietary restrictions plus a severe mushroom allergy. I ate there 3 times last week. On my way there now. This is my new go-to spot.

My boyfriend and I have been loyal customers to Tung Hing Kitchen ever since we moved to the Tinton Falls area about 3.5 years ago. We’ve never had an issue until tonight. After ordering food for delivery online, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food to arrive! We called the kitchen after about an hour of waiting and were told the driver was on his way. We are literally a 5 minute drive from this place. Thirty minutes later he arrives (at the wrong building no less). It’s obvious the driver was NOT on his way at the time of the phone call and they had most likely just started preparing our order then. I just think we should have received an apology or discount for a future order because of the ridiculous wait time. I’m going to have a difficult time supporting this restaurant in the future.
