First time here, and now I’m mad it took us so long. The soup dumplings and pork dumplings pan-seared were great. Great white pepper flavor. We also ordered the salt and pepper fish and the water spinach. Water spinach was super flavorful. Even though salt and pepper fish wasn’t as salty/peppery as I usually like it, it was still very crispy and tasty. The main reason for a future return will be the kind service. There was even a power outage in the area due to Texas heat and they were so professional, communicative, and accommodating to every single table. They didn’t skip a beat. We were so touched by their support. Yang is the manager, and was TOP NOTCH. We also loved that this Chinese restaurant served wine! Not super common in the area.

Their dim sum is very good! The scallion pancakes and soup dumplings were great! They were out of BBQ pork when we were there, but we’re looking forward to trying it next time. We also tried the sesame chicken and hawaiian fried rice and both were good and reheated well for leftovers. It was quiet on a Wednesday night, but the atmosphere was nice. 4 stars instead of 5 only because it was a little pricier than we were expecting.

How you know a good Chinese restaurant? You check and see how many of their patrons are Chinese that’s how you know they are authentic! This is my favorite restaurant in Dallas, 水煮鱼 thai chilli fish is the best I have had, big portions and authentic Sichuan cooking, they use the right crunchy bean sprouts not like other restaurants stuffed a lot of cheap Bokchoy, it has the thicker chewy flat noodles. Their chili chicken is awsome, the prawns, and best yet the fried sticky rice (normal fried rice is great also but they are one of the few restaurant that offers sticky fried rice). I bring my kids and my out of town friends here. It’s also right in front of ranch 88 supermarket, which maybe one reason why I came here more than I thought. You gotta check this place out if you in plano/frisco area!

It’s another usual Chinese place, nothing extraordinary. We ordered the spring rolls and soup dumplings for appetizer, they were good. The Orange chicken & General Cao Chicken were ok, both sauce tasted similar. Chicken fried rice was ok. I have had better tasting Singapore rice noodles elsewhere. Overall service was quick & place is clean, but not worth 5 stars.

The spicy chicken has a very layered taste, the taste of hometown. Singapore rice noodles gave me a little surprise, with a touch of light coconut fragrance. Good value for the money, will come often!

The first thing is that the staff are helpful and not condescending. . The food is very fresh. Many Chinese restaurants will have sauces that seem like they have set for days. All the food here was freshly prepared. Follow the favorites on the menu and you will not go wrong. We did the dim sum with crab, orange chicken, sesame chicken, cucumber salad. Strangely. enough I devoured the green. beans. They were perfectly. cooked and light seasoning. This place is now my favorite Chinese restaurant. Now I know what Hong Kong style is. Very reasonably priced as well.

The BEST spicy green bean (jelly) noodles I’ve ever had! Unfortunately the rest of the options were just so so.

I ordered beef stir fry noodles and beef fried rice. Both were salty. Atmosphere is very loud. The person cleaning the table keeps dragging the chair and makes it very noisy. Service was ok. Overall, dim sum is good. The only thing i like.
