The people here are nice, but after spending $35 in the drive thru, getting home, realizing all 3 burgers are wrong, nice isn’t good enough. All 3 burgers were special orders. It’s not like we asked for extra stuff added on, just all the veggies off. 1 still had pickles, 1 was left normal, and the last one, we still don’t know what is supposed to be. Honestly it looked like just a tomato on a bun. The worst part is the song that remains in my head. “Special orders don’t upset us” because they just ignore them. It’s not just a karen thing, it’s about wasting time, gas and money. Also, allergies to foods exist.

I would go to this location in 2007-2011 with my grandpa every day or almost everyday, and I’m now 15, filled with nostalgia and joy of the memories I made there in the play place that was removed long after I moved. I would always pick the sesame seeds off my burgers and eat them one by one. 5 stars all around for the good memories, food, and overall atmosphere in the late 2000’s.

The cashier was nice, the food quality was great, and it comes in good quantity! The fries and chicken nuggets were fresh and crispy. They didn’t taste like old oil at all. The burgers and sandwiches were prepared to an aesthetic level, like the buns weren’t smashed and everything was stacked in there nicely. Their coupons from the app give you great deals!! I’ll be coming back here more often!

Fries chicken nuggets big fish all cold. Any other BK 2 for $6. Not here. I asked for fresh fries, nuggets and 2 fish sandwiches . 2 for $6 not featured here. This location pays less to employees. BK at Huntington Memorial Hospital is a finer location. I was charged $12 for 2 big fish sandwiches. My wife went back and received a refund for one big fish since it was 2 for $6. Be careful at this location. The employee who served me wore glasses at about 5’10” beige puffy jacket. Black curly hair. Food was cold. Older beverage machine poor $14 wage. The fries are great, just in my opinion a little over priced at $3.09 for a large, that isn’t quite large. The chicken nuggets are pretty good and the little bacon cheeseburger was actually super good. The bacon is crunchy and flavorful. You know how at some places it’s all limp and soggy, well here is not. The employees were friendly.

Wasn’t too busy and therefore the staff kept up. I tell the staff the food is cold. I have a California food handler certificate. Food must be over 100F. I use a food temperature monitor.
