I am surprised this place has as many positive reviews as it does. The food wasn’t the best. I visited with my family for the first time in years and it was cold with little to no flavor. Some of it (food) was simply awful. I should have known. Not even the drink I ordered was good. It definitely used to be better. We were very disappointed. At least it wasn’t too expensive for what all we ordered, so it didn’t feel as if too much money went to trash.

Mama Ruth’s kitchen has great food there’s plenty of places to sit inside and benches a couple of benches outside to sit on and the horchata isn’t so bad either I think no matter who you are there’s something there that you’ll like.

Authentic Mexican food..also a good selection of American food. Steak tacos with cactus was good…one of our party had hamburger steak and it was a little dry. Another of our party had chicken stir fry..it was good except the vegetables were not quite tender. Still, we all agreed we would eat there again!

I love Mama Ruth’s Kitchen. I eat there regularly with my wife and my friends. It’s a place where people of all ages and all cultural groups can come and eat together and the food is delicious.
