Are you kidding me? I am so sick and tired of going through the drive through! This is supposed to be a bacon ranch mc. Where are the pickles? I always check the bag before I drive away to make sure everything I ordered is there. Now what? Do I have to open the bag and make sure it is edible? Look at the color of the chicken! Did they run out of bacon?!? Hard as a rock on the outside and cold in the middle! Old and nasty is what I call it! Now my lunch hour is gone and I am starving because I couldn’t eat it! Aaaahhhhh!

Decent food on some days. Kinda clean. But this place definitely needs some cleaning up, mostly outside. I waited 15 minutes in drive thru just for a coffee so I just took off. Over grown lawn, weeds, big potholes, garbage over flowing. This is not how a restaurant should look.

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive through (only 2 cars in front of me) the person taking my order had one word answers. Got up to the window and the young man got huffy with me when I made sure he was charging me for the correct order, because the car in front of me in the drive through left. Got my sloppy sandwiches and dried out nuggets, drove away and realized my drinks were missing. We went back inside…filthy tables, no AC (It was 92° out) and the overall condition of the place was horrible. Never going back, hope new management comes in soon.

Have had horrible experiences here in the past, decided to give it one more shot. Hair in my fries, forgot to give my card back in the drive thru which I only realized upon getting home. Drove all the way back, got my card, drove home again, opened my burger to find it was NOT what i ordered, and it was cold due to having to retrieve my card. The totally sober and “most experienced” (according to the manager i spoke to) cashier, the one who forgot to give me my card, asked me “oh, are you the one who forgot your card?” Its like they do it on purpose.
