**update** I’ll change my rating after speaking with the manager Curt. He was very kind and even gave his personal number if issues arise. Had ANOTHER issue with new order (this time DoorDash’s fault). After 2 failed deliveries, the kids FINALLY got their pizza, and it was good. Thank you to Curt for making it right despite a couple of negative experiences. He truly wants customers to have a positive experience. His employee I spoke to on the phone today was also lovely.

The pizza tasted fine but it was cool when it arrived. My biggest complaint is that Pizza Hut continues to use DoorDash for delivery even when you order from their website directly! Which almost triples the cost of the order due to all of the fees assessed when using DD. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again until they go back to using their own drivers and remove the DD service fee’s, delivery fee’s and mandatory tip!

I ordered a pizza at 8:22, and received a notification at 8:45 saying my order was out for delivery. By 9:30, nothing had been delivered, so I called to check on my order. The girl who answered said that they were still waiting on someone from Door Dash to pick it up, but “they should be here in a couple minutes.” By 9:55, I called to just cancel my order, since they close at 10:00, but the phone rang repeatedly and no one answered. I ended up having to call the corporate number to get a refund. I’m a pretty laid back person and don’t frequently bother to leave reviews, but I’ve never had an experience like this before. I really feel like no one cared whether I got my order or my money back. I won’t be ordering from here again.

After seeing the spicy lovers pizza I thought I have to try that. Granted I haven’t had pizza hut since it was by the mall, ordered online with a 2pm pick up. Had some extra time so i decided to swing by and see if they could start my order a bit early, arrived at their location at 1:20. when i inquired about my order the young lady at the counter looked over the computer and then stated that i must have ordered it from another pizza hut. i think to myself, ill just cancel that order and reconstruct it here, to my surprise, the total is about 15 dollars more for ordering in person (comon now … how silly is that) so i frantically begin looking over my order (on my cell) and called the locations phone number, strangely the phone infront of me rang, this was about 1:35. the employee at the front just looked at the phone and proceeded to continue what she was doing. i waited patiently for the employee, who was working with what seemed to be the assistant manager with a customer who was having her own issue with store. around 1:40, still waiting, i see that my name is on the digital display for my order for 2pm. when i finally got the ladies attention, and pointed to the screen, she just said “oh”. So i walk across the parking lot, knowing im not going to be able to expedite my order, but seeing as its only 15 minutes away, i go and grab some beer from the gas station and put it in my trunk. at 2pm i go back into the store. i wait patiently, the front counter lady is getting the ‘party room’ ready for guests who are arriving. finally at 2:15 i walk up and ask about my order. a lady with a baseball cap, who seems to be the person in charge, goes to the back and then goes to the warming box and pulls my order out; i have no idea how long its been in there. I open the boxes up and one of my pizza’s do not have the correct ingredients. At this point im just glad to have something for my money and exit the store. i know realize why its been 15 years or so since i had pizza hut. The pizza’s were pretty good (3/5), the spicy lovers was not hot at all. the service i received (0/5). wont be back.

I’ve been ordering Pizza Hut for years but tonight Pizza Hut thoroughly disappointed me. I ordered two large one topping hand tossed pizzas. When I got home they were both dry as hell and flimsy as if the dough never rised. When I called to talk to the Manager he sounded as if he could care less. Ive had better Toastino’s pizza made at home. Should have went to Costco!

Food was fine. Service horrible. On-line order, prepaid. Tried drive through pickup, 2 cars ahead of me, waited 7 minutes with no visible contact with 1st car. Parked, went inside no better. People standing around and single person upfront spending all her time with telephone order while instore customers waited. Unacceptable. Finally got order that was ready 16 minutes earlier. I waited longer than it took to order and cook pizza.

Worst delivery ever. I have given them multiple chances. Over an hour after order was placed I called and was told that the tracker is not accurate and should be delivered within 15 to 20 minutes. After calling the driver listed who stated they haven’t even picked it up yet and I needed to either request a new driver or cancel the order. After calling the store back they insisted it would not be cold. They don’t keep track of the orders. I will never order delivery from this store again. To top things off they didn’t cancel with door dash who kept calling me about the order. Horrible service.

The staff was very rude. The person preparing the order as I was coming in was on their phone bare handed the proceeded to touch the food of the lady in front of me. So she was asking for a refund as I went into order. I asked for personal pans for my children’s book it. She proceeds to tell me there is no way for here to enter the codes provided to me via pizza hut. She got mad threw her hands up walking to the back yelling at other employees to come deal with myself and the lady in front of me. I then went outside to order my children’s pizza online and they didn’t even have ANY personal pans that the rewards for the program are. The time before this experience wasn’t much better they were out of all the pasta bowls and several other things. Poorly ran and dissatisfied all together with this pizza hut.
