Horrible service, there are literally over 1000 orders daily and the workers still don’t work with urgency. Regularly wait for over an hour AFTER MY FOOD IS READY just to get served. They also don’t have any line whatsoever and everyone just crowds as close as possible to the counter. They can act like this because students don’t have a choice.

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A EVER. The workers are rude and work with no urgency whatsoever, one employee in particular was on her phone (mind you they don’t even wear gloves) while my food was sitting there waiting to be handed out. If you order at this location expect it to take and hour. This location needs better management and need a visit from corporate because something isn’t right here. Most unorganized food place on campus.

This Chick-fil-A is not able to handle the large number of students on campus. There is always a line and the mob of people waiting for food is a mess. They really need more space, which is probably not possible due to the location in the student union.

They’ve redesigned the food court so it’s no longer grab and pay at the door, you now pay at each restaurant individually. The Chick-fil-a is now closer to a traditional one, with a slightly more limited menu, shared food court seating, and the Pepsi equivalent of the Freestyle Soda fountains.
