That day 8-16-23 the fryer was not working. So I ordered 3 piece cod meal to go. Was told that the fish was fine not made in fryer. It was terrible the fish was so dry couldn’t even chew it. Potatoes and broccoli were mushy. For 17.00 I think they can do better and if equipment is not working close the store

We really loved the employee that took our order but the chicken strips are just like the frozen ones of the cheapest kind. The burgers are very thin. Definitely not the place to get your money’s worth.

It was bad first impression. Ordered it was brought with only half the food. My husband’s gluten free fish sandwich the bread was given separately in a plastic which had been put in microwave and was full of water inside. Sandwich clearly fell apart. Not given any tarter sauce or utensil to put salad inside and put sandwich together. We got up 4 times for sauce napkins, missing food etc . Service station was empty no napkins, ketchup spilled everywhere. Sadly it was a horrible experience.

This was my first visit to this Culver’s location and, as always, I was not disappointed. The Front of House was courteous and timely. I ordered custard which was as to be expected…delicious. Next visit I’ll get a Burger.

I have had some mixed experiences at this particular Culver’s. With drinks machines being down and burgers being unseasoned/salted. Being lightly seasoned is one thing, but no seasoning at all made the burgers that are usually good…revolting and un appetizing. Couldn’t even taste the butter on my butter burger. This location is hot or miss.

3rd bad experience! Alright the very first time going, great. After that it’s just been downhill. The first bad experience the lady at the drive thru was mad one night and kind of snapped on me when I was trying to order. Second time I ordered a mint Oreo shake, for some reason, I got a paper small cup, melted shake with no lid, and I asked for a large, and normally I would get it in a large cup WITH A LID to my milkshake not melting down the sides while I’m trying to drive. The lady said that’s the way you guys do it now and I know she was lying because I order this shake every other night even got one tonight, and I got a LARGE with a lid!? Tonight I ordered a burger and got it uncooked (pink and I have pictures), and to be honest I’m so tired i couldn’t even eat it if I wanted to, and I did because it look good but it was all the way uncooked y’all could’ve really gotten me sick with this, and I’m a chef. This burger wasn’t rare it was raw. Your burgers should at least come out medium, but your burgers are so thin they should easily cook to well in no time. I don’t understand how this came out uncooked.
