I was here at this McDonalds around 11:45 on 7/20. We ordered 4 items. When we got to the first window, the person taking payment read the items back to us and we denied a receipt. At the next window they handed us a bag with food that was not ours. Mistakes happen, but we told them and handed back the bag. Here is where the issue is. The boy running the second window brought us an older woman who asked about the order. She said that the order we were handed was the order we paid for and asked us for the receipt. We told her we did not get a receipt, but told her what the order was. She told us we had paid for the order that we were handed rather rudely. We were then told to pull up. They then left us up there for 5 minutes with no explanation. Eventually they sent a young lady outside who was so polite. It was pretty gross they had a hairy situation and didn’t tell the girl what happened and sent her out to potentially angry customers who were told they had paid for the wrong order. We verified it was the right amount with our credit card and it turned out fine, but I’m disturbed that this woman was so rude to us in the window. Then afterwards she sent out a teenage girl to face to face the consequences of her action.

Terrible employees terrible management terrible atmosphere, i went to this mcdonalds twice this week and both times i had to argue with both the employee taking my order about what drinks they had ( i wanted a mellow yello or fanta and the lady said they had neither even though all mcdonalds are required to have them) when i got to the window the manager was there trying to explain that he didn’t have fanta or mellow yello even though I could quite literally see both on their machine and was pointing to them and asking what they were and then he said “oh looks like we do have fanta!” then i asked “and what’s that” pointing to the mellow yello and he blabbered something i’ve never heard of before these employees and managers need to be taught about everything terrible management terrible service didnt even get my food

Normally pretty good, but over the last few months certain staff have been very rude, even for fast food service, which I normally give a pass. Have been basically getting my food thrown at me, and the last time I went the large fry was less than a medium portion. Considering the cost of food currently this is not acceptable. They could be having a hard time getting staff, which is a struggle, but don’t throw food into people cars without saying a word, come on.

Coming from a non McDonald’s fan this place was the best I’ve had since I was a child in the 90’s. I placed an order thru the app around 10:30 pm on 5/11/23. Upon arrival they were out of what I ordered but easily replaced it with equivalent.

Customer service sucked. The guy who took our order was super rude and messed it up. We ordered large pops an were given mediums after we already paid for them. They forgot our straws an when i went in to get some they were super rude about it. And our burgers had absolutely nothing on them an were poorly made. Waste of money!!

I used to be a regular at the McDonald’s. But over the past years it is turned bad Me and the wife went in there for lunch today. We both got the big Mac bundle mine was sub big Mac sauce for ketchup and mustard and extra pickles. My wife was normal with Extra Mac they both came out completely Wrong both of them had no. Lettuce. And they were not built correctly. I took mine back in to get it fixed. They finally got everything on it. But the build was still not correct. Please do better to train staff especially because the big Mac is your signature sandwich.

Horrible service. Messed up the whole order. That’s understandable and normal but when we tried to have them fix it their manager just ignored their workers who were frustrated and didn’t know what to do. So we left with our food that didn’t have one meal right. Very frustrating.
