I had ordered through the app. The app usually lets you know when it’s ready to pick up. But it took longer the usual. 35 mins later I drove up to see if they had it ready. Got there trusting my pizza was going to be fresh when it usually is. Got home wife’s upset. Looks like old reheated pizza. Went back to see if they can just exchange it for some fresh ones. They said they couldn’t,that I was the one that came late. So they tossed it back to me. I told them the app hadn’t advise me that it wasn’t ready. He said he couldn’t help me. So I was upset. They couldn’t do me the favor of giving me a fresh pizzas. When it’s the company’s pizza not the Manager or Employees pizza. Not coming out of there pocket. So I don’t see what was the issue. So I just told the employee to just give me a refund. That the money would be deposited back to my card. Never going to this location again. Bad service, bad management. Couldn’t even make it right for me.

If you’re looking for top quality Little Caesars pizza in Brownsville, then this location is absolutely NOT the one to go to. The crust is poorly made most of the time and they hardly ever give the correct order. Highly DO NOT recommend.

They close at 11pm. We showed up at 8pm, were told they were out of hot & ready pizzas and only had the extracheese/extra pepperoni pizzas. This has happened before. They ended up causing us a wait time of an extra 30minutes because they have to make them! Sooo…..they couldn’t just make us a classic pizza within that time?
