Wow this is so crazy. I received my delivery order which consists of an order of soup. It came in a foam container and when I went to open the lid, instead of the lid opening at the seam, the container cracked spilling hot soup all over my hands. I called store to notify them but the owner/manager said there was “nothing he can do” and has been “selling it like this for 40 years”. I was polite and had expected an apology and perhaps a replacement/refund and to notify them so it doesn’t happen to anyone else because I got a really bad burn from the hot contents. But the guy was extremely rude and escalated to yelling at me – will never eat here again.

This was my first time ordering here and it wasn’t a great experience. I NEVER leave reviews for any place, but the pizza took over an hour and a half to be delivered. When it was finally delivered it was cold. As if it had been sitting for a while. The crust taste stale as well. I really wanted to like this place, but it’s a no go for me.
