1st time at this location and was very pleased. I hope they continue to have the vegan cheese for the Mac and cheese all the time. I’ve had the Mac and cheese bowl in the past and got the vegan melt with the plant based crumbles this time. The only thing I would add is red pepper flakes to give the sandwich a little kick.

So the staff …not the most attentive. My friend and I were the only customers. Starting off things don’t seem too promising. Then we got the… food this made up for everything else. It was really good. I got the Chicken Parmesan, my friend the Lobster/blue cheese sandwich. everything was delicious, in fact this was the only time I’ve ever liked tomato soup. I recommend this place. Don’t let the staff or empty restaurant stop you from trying the food. Surprised I haven’t heard of this chain before since they have locations coast to coast.

Me, my 2 granddaughters had never been and the menu is a bit overwhelming with the options so asked the guy who was at the order counter. His name is Orlando and he just the best! Sincerely helpful and walked us through our choice and possible upgrades. They have a Leto option with a broccoli and cauliflower base so I got that and it YUMMY. A bit of an Asian flavor with sesame seasoning.I got Mac and cheese balls as my upgrade, also good! Girls got a basic bowl one with bacon, one chicken. Got cheesecake bites as the upgrade. They also have a huge variety of grilled cheese sandwich options and a catering menu. considering a platter of the cheesecake bites and Mac and cheese balls to add to my homemade holiday meal!

Food was really good, but I will not be dining in at this location again. Staff did not greet you when you walk in the door or even really acknowledge you. Did not ask if we have questions and took their sweet time to take your order. No urgency, professionalism, and definitely not inviting.
