Took over an hour to get our food. We live a mile away from this location.When we called to check on it, they were rude, put us on hold twice and then flat out lied to us. Food came stone cold and the pizza looked like it was cut by a drunk 3 year old. Absolutely horrible on every single level. Go anywhere else. Eat a PB&J…just do not go here

To start, never placed my order from the app. Of course they said it was the apps fault. Asked for a refund, was told the manager has to give the refund. Waited for over 20 minutes for the manager to show up and then to be told they can’t give out refunds. Questions, why wasn’t I told a refund is not part of their policy instead of waiting for 20 minutes to be told by the manager, who drove to the store. So, the manager on payroll is out and about instead of handling and insuring all orders are being taken care of. And from that failure, I can’t get a refund. Great policy Pizza Hut

The night shift do not do there job right I made my order at 5:16pm and got my pizza at 5:50 and I was doing a carry out, I seen my pizza came out the oven and he didn’t give to me, he waited on other customers that came in and I use to work for pizza hut and pass 15 minutes I should got something free but no he told me not to come there no more.
