I understand people are ready to get off work, but I’m sure they also wouldn’t want to eat BROWN lettuce either.. I usually have a good experience with this particular location.. but tonight just wasn’t it..

I will be honest, I was surprised to see how many 1 stars this place has. I usually order on door dash. The first time I did I got a chicken quesadilla not the el pastor and it was late, but they gave me the el pastor chicken, that el pastor fire. I get it every time now so grateful they didn’t give me the regular chicken lol! Today I went into the store and it was great. The line moved fast the people were communicating with each other. I don’t have any complaints so far. They were teens working but they did great. Hopefully others who have a good experience leave a nice review. Positive reinforcement is always needed.

I can tell you that management stinks based on their customer service. I placed my order and the app said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I get to the window 9 minutes later and there were no people in front of me or behind me. The lady at the window had a big hickie on her neck. She threw my stuff in the bag and said they were out of forks. How are people eating inside if they have no forks? Also, the quality of food does not taste as fresh as other chipotle. I doubt management cares. I wish I had a picture of her bad attitude. I would file it under “nasty”.

I purchased a Burrito which the server made a mess of. She had to double wrap it to hold it together. Maybe she was new but it was a mess. I prefer other locations. Chipotle is on the expensive side for me. A Burrito and a sparkling water were $16. I look forward to it so I chalk this up to a poor experience.

My fave bowl to get is the veggie bowl! I get the white cilantro lime rice, mixed onions and peppers, corn, tomatoes, cheese and lettuce! Then I shake the bowl shake the bowl and WA-LA, magic! Yummy! And I get axtra rice here and there! ✨

This place has a lot of teenagers that don’t care about quality, and service. There was no care in preparing the food–it was slapped in the bowl. I asked for some dressing and they didn’t have any. I understand if it were at closing, but I ordered at 5:30 pm. The staff was very non chalant and it didn’t bother them that was an issue. I will not visit this location again.

I am a loyal fan of chipotle, no matter where I go in this great country, my go to comfort food is and has always been chipotle. It’s sad that this location in fayetteville ga does not maintain the simple standards of great food with great customer service. The people are beyond rude, you can taste the drop off of quality of flavor. I stop going about a yr ago and stopped into this location yesterday and true to form complete disarray.

Food was decent, it’s Chipotle nothing special. One slight issue is that it has less options than Moe’s, however it’s food is higher quality which makes up for it.

terrible, i came here to get a veggie bowl and they had nothing. no brown rice, no black beans or pinto beans, no pico de gallo, no guacamole, barely any lettuce and everything that they did have was almost gone. i understand if we had came right before they closed but we came TWO HOURS before closing. as a former moes employee i would know that two hours before closing you should not be out of almost everything. most likely all the rice and beans were in the hotbox and the employee didn’t want to get it, and all of cold ingredients were in the walk in fridge and once again the employee didn’t want to get it. even if they were actually just out of it that shouldn’t be acceptable and there should be someone in the back prepping it because you can’t just give the customers a bowl with barely anything in it. the employees were rude and didn’t care that all of their customers were unhappy. YOURE LITERALLY GETTING PAID TO COOK AND SERVE FOOD. i made 9 dollars an hour but i always kept my customers happy and always had the line stocked because it’s really not that hard to prep vegetables and cook beans and rice. i will never come here again and the employees need to do better because i couldn’t even order anything bc all they had was meat.
