Only option was to use the automated system. Not a bad thing until you have questions about unavailable options or an entire sandwich offering. Food was just okay. It’s McDonald’s after all so I wasn’t expecting much. Ate inside. That was a bit weird as there were people posted up like it’s a Starbuck’s. On their laptops, headsets, one person appeared to be playing an online game. Maybe they don’t have Wi-Fi at home.

Don’t even bother going if it’s a hour or so before closing. Multiple nights I’ve went to grab a quick simple order. But the staff will just stand there look at you and ignore you till closing time. I literally asked a employee in the parking lot if they had already closed. They still had time before closing.

EVERY single worker & management had horrible attitudes except for the girl who gave us our refund(who was very cheerful & funny). Who wants soft ice cream & try to eat it while driving!! Come on now, common sense will tell you not to serve it like that on a cone that will start dripping within 2 seconds. The attitudes are horrible for yall to want to make $20/more an hour!! Found a bug in my ice coffee this morning, no way it could’ve gotten in there after it was handed to me because it was at the top of the drink just floating next to the straw. Tried calling the store and no one answered so maybe someone will see it this way. Didn’t want any compensation but just annoyed that I couldn’t let them know because people can get sick like this if they aren’t watching what goes in our drinks or food.

Worst excuse for a mcchicken I ever took a bite out of. Waited in line for 40 minutes to get 2 mcchickens and I stg they had the exact consistency and taste of cardboard. Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. Also I’ve payed it forward there before. Total was $8 and some change. I gave them a 20 and told them put it on the people behind me. Next day at work my friend told me he was right behind me at McDonald’s and I asked if he got his food for free, he did not. She put it in her pocket. WORST MCDONALDS IN AMERICA. And I’ve eaten a mcchicken in 26 states. Thank you for reading. Hope your experiences are much better
