I wasn’t expecting much from this pizza hut, it’s basically a take out restaurant after all. But wow, they managed to surprise me with a terrible service. All the employees are at the back of the store talking and making jokes, while the queue forms and the customers are waiting for several minutes. When finally someone shows up, the service is poor and the impression is that they are doing you a favor by selling the pizza. Finally, after overcoming the challenge of ordering the pizza, it took an awfully long time to get ready. Incredible how they managed to screw up a take out pizza. I never thought of writing or even reading a review of a take out pizza hut, given the simplicity of setting up such a place, since I’m still waiting for the pizza… Here it is…

Bought the triple treat box and it was a disaster. The pizzas were burned. The cinnamon buns had no icing. The only thing they did not screw up was the bread sticks. Never again.

This was my first food delivery order since moving to Doral. Ordering through the App was easy. I ordered a, “DETROIT STYLE” Pizza to try out and the Triple Fudge Brownie and a 2 lt Soda. All were great. I spoke to the people at the location a few times. They called to verify the order and address. They were very friendly and courteous. I met the driver down at the Lobby door. I asked them to use THE INTERCOM AND BRING TO MY DOOR! I don’t have a problem with the Food, I have a problem with the DELIVERY SERVICES!! It seems EVERYONE here in Miami-Dade uses Doordash,Uber Eats, or any of the others. THEY ARE THE PROBLEM!! They are out to make the most money they can as drivers, but it HURTS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE RESTAURANT!! Making MANY Deliveries before they even get to you! You wait anywhere from 1-2+ hours for your order, and then it’s cold or slightly warm! I liked it so much better when RESTAURANTS had their own Deliveries!!

3 days ago I placed an order for delivery and the order was canceled by the delivery driver from Door Dash! I never got my food and never received a refund. Door Dash said the store should issue a refund within 24-48 hours, but nothing yet. I tried calling the store multiple times only to be placed on hold. Never ordering delivery from Pizza Hut again! Hope the Door Dasher enjoyed my pizza. Can’t believe he can’t follow simple GPS instructions.

Worst customer service ever, my order was done through the application, it was ready in time, but I arrived to the location and I was there sometime in front of the counter waitting for somebody to help me. One employee was stocking the cooler, another one was in break eating and the others were talking and laughing in between without asking me anything. I got mad and said in spanish: nobody is going to help me? Nadie me va a ayudar? I got one of the girls to say yes? I told her I am waiting here for my online order and nobody was helping me, and she gave me the pizza without any apology. I am so disappointed with this location.
