I’ve been going here for over 20 years and the food has always been good. I had an obscure request, that instead of making me a meatball grinder, to just put the meatball parmesan on some fried dough. I knew they would charge me so it didn’t matter. But they wouldn’t do it so I had to buy a meatball grinder and an order of fried dough and make it myself. They weren’t that busy and this would have been easy change. I was in the service industry for over seventeen years and trying to accommodate your customers as something that people should always strive to do. Disappointed more than anything

I just ordered two grinders,large fry and 2 vanilla shakes. Three times the response over the phone was ” i dont understand “. I ordered Chinese i stead and they understood me. If you have people answering the phone at least have them speak English

Employees watched me walk in and then turned their backs on me to continue their conversation. Waited a few minutes and walked out. Another business got my money because of lazy employees. Such a Shame because the food is great.

Can’t tell you how much I’ve missed this place, since not being I’m the area. Glad to be back around. Everything is ala carte, but the food is consistently delicious! Customer service is also good, just remember to bring cash. They do have an ATM just in case. There’s also a few benches outside, covered by the shade of large umbrellas and the parking lot is a decent size. Not sure what I’m gonna try next time so feel free to comment with your suggestions!
