I was unable to pickup my mobile order because my car died. Long story short, I needed a new battery. After getting a new battery and my car starting, I finally drove over to pickup my mobile order. I explained to the younger man behind the counter my situation and said that I could pay for a new one. He said it’s on him and that he would make me a fresh drink. I said “okay thank you so much”. I guess the owner heard me and then he motioned for me to come over to him at the main counter. In front of a line of people, he‘s holding my old drink, points to it and says “It’s all melted!” as if Dunkin’ Donuts cannot afford to scrap away a medium iced coffee with oat milk. Very unprofessional from the customers point of view. I feel bad for him because I’m sure it can be a tough job at times dealing with the public. I know what it’s like to have a stressful and overwhelming job, but there is a nicer and more appropriate way to speak to people.

7 out of 10 times they get our order wrong. My fiance and I stop almost everyday before work, picking up for other staff as well. By the time you figure out they got the order wrong it’s too late and you’ve already wasted too much time. Never mind what the ticket says. The majority of our orders are clearly not what’s on the ticket they slapped on the cup ‍♀️.

Man I love the people here. Just straight up nice guys always in a good mood. Dunkin by me closed early on New Years Eve so I made the trip here. Greeted right away by 2 friendly guys working the counter. Shaman made my drink and was super nice, friendlier than I’d be working somewhere at 8pm at NYE. Someone give that man a tip, he’s doing Cust service right! Thanks again!
