Ordered delivery, was given half a drink and the wrong entree. I have food allergies and am unable to eat this meal. I requested a refund and was told I would have to drive there to get one. If I could have driven there I would have.

Sergio (believe he is manager) and the staff today were exceptionally attentive and friendly. We ordered a bowl with teriyaki chicken and a bowl with walnut shrimp, but all their food looked fresh! Counters, floors and tables/booths were clean.

This place has been on decline for months. They shut down the drive through every day and say it’s broken. It’s been broken for over 2 months now. I don’t think it takes this long to fix. They put construction cone in drive-through so you can’t use. The employees look miserable and cashier does not know what she is doing. Service is super slow since there is no drive through. Terrible service and experience. I will stop using this location and will tell all my facebook friends to spread the word on this location.

Very disappointing – the only reason we decided to visit this location near our house is because of the beyond orange chicken that is being promoted every where and as soon as you walk in there is a giant sign. But we were told not today. Really on a Saturday during lunch? And everything else was available. There is Nothing else we could eat there so we all had to leave and go elsewhere. I felt bad for my son because its was going to be his first Panda express experience and it was a let down.

Worst run Panda in the country. Constantly running out of items. Gets orders wrong. Tonight they were out of fried rice and noodles. How does that happen? 20 minutes if we wanted either. That’s like McDonalds running out of french fries for 20 minutes.

panda used to be my fav go to, now its extremely inconsistant from location to location, they ask you 5 times if you want to donate to charity every visit, even when you say no thank you, and their prices have skyrocketed and portions much smaller, not worth the price for what they offer, i will only go there when no other choice sounds good, just underwhelming
