Great and friendly customer service, food was awesome. Got the cheese curds and chizliks for appetizers. Main course was the sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms and onions and it was delicious. Definitely coming back.

I went around 4:15pm not reservation and was seated quickly. The waitress was very nice and prompt. I had Side salad with parmesan peppercorn dressing that was really good. The duck wontons people are talking about do live up to the hype, I basically inhaled them. I got their 3pc fish fry and it was great. I got sweet potato waffle fries, that ended up being like pieces of waffle fry rather a full waffle fry, but it tasted great. I got turtle cheesecake to go, it looks great but I haven’t tasted yet. It’s like any of the other food I’ve had at Jac’s I’m sure it’ll be amazing!

it took 1hr and 39 minutes for our food to come out. during our wait we hear the kitchen call out and say prime rib was out. no more orders as we r still waiting for our rare prime rib –I question the waitress . She said we should be ok on our order. IT CAME MED WELL NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED. THE BILL WAS 86.00 . SHE SAID THAT SHE TALKED TO HER BOSS AND HE WOULD COOK US A RIBEYE BUT WE HAVE WAITED FOR 1 HOUR 45 MINS. PAID THE BILL AND LEFT. YOU WOULD THINK HE SHOULD OF COME AND TALED TO US.!!!!.
