Found this taco truck after a little research and tried some tacos today. Loved the tacos and both beef and chicken were tender and tasty. The creamy green sauce was spicy but liked it, too. The ladies there were nice, too, so will go back.

Wish I could give this truck more than 5 stars. First, their corn tortillas are some of the best I’ve had since my Uncle Carlos and Aunt Very passed. Lengua is cooked perfect, the Pastor is seasoned dead on. The Jalapeño salsa amazing. Best tacos I’ve had since i was a kid back in S California. Will be back!

I sat down, unwrapped that Torta, and half into the first bite there was instant euphoria. I mean I was looking angry with the sun out, it’s hot. I rarely smile and my face went . Get the torta, get the fajita. Whatever you get, get it from Taqueria Roxanna.
