This burger king did not need to go so hard! It’s was so clean, there was a lady wiping down the windows in the rain because she “wanted to see outside”. Everyone was really friendly, the bathrooms smelled good! They were spotless! Everyone was doing something, moping, refilling the ice, it blew my mind. Corporate needs to look at this store to see how well it is run! The food was good and organized, everything labeled. The best burger king I have ever been to. Raises! Please!

This place is the best example of Burger King’s overall quality decline. There are no redeeming qualities of this BK. I’ve been here twice in the past year and both times have been pure garbage experiences. It has unpleasant (and highly incompetent) staff. Food is sub par for even fast food. They have you pull up and wait 15-20 minutes even in slow times (Why does it take 20 minutes to make two normal Whopper Jr anyway?). Then they send a guy over to all the cars to ask who got what. The guy inevitably gives the wrong food to the wrong cars messing everyone up (and wasting more time). If I want decent BK, I have to drive to Diamondhead for my BK fix. Honestly, the owner should burn the place down and salt the remains. There’s no redemption for this place.

Stopped by this location on our way home from New Orleans. The woman at the register was training and the manager (I didn’t get his name) was patiently helping her out. The cook staff incorrectly prepared two of our burgers and the manager was apologetic and quickly had them remade. The food was great, my husband said it’s the best fries he’s ever had at a Burger King. The spicy chicken had my spicy crazy son sweating, my 12 year old tiny dancer devoured her entire full size whopper and my bacon whopper was just what I needed after a long day of traveling. While sitting and eating I observed his relationship with his staff and he runs a tight ship but is very supportive. He’s is a leader, not a boss. We need more like him!

Waited over 15 minutes for a refund and asked to pull forward. Totally ridiculous! Then was told since we used a loyalty code they can’t figure out how to do the refund all because they didn’t want to make bacon. Now all of a sudden they have bacon and can replace the food! What is going on??!! This is maddening. Also the trash is over flowing outside and apparently it is a social hangout for employees! Doing the job would be nice. Btw we never got the refund. Just another burger this time with bacon! Go figure. 20 minute ordeal.

Ordered 2 whoppers without seeded buns but when got home the buns was seeded. The jalapeños , bacon green hopper didn’t have either on it.The mozzarella sticks were not cooked done and onion rings & chicken fingers were over cooked. Ask for receipt drive thru person said it was in the bag but wasn’t in bag when I unloaded the cold dinner. This isn’t the first time & all complaint’s go unaddressed it’s the end of Burger King for my family after another $40.56 dinner order ruined by uncaring food workers.

Horrible customer service. I try to frequent this location because it’s close to my job but it’s not worth it anymore. They are more concerned with getting you off of their timer and making you park than they are with serving you. They pull so many vehicle up that they get confused with which order goes to which customer. Then they take it out on the customer as if it was their fault. I do not recommend this location save yourself the headache.
