They over charged me for a Jr breakfast burrito by deleting a sausage and add bacon instead of just choosing the 1.99 jr. bacon. Not too big of an issue, but when you pay 2.99 for a 1.99 item I may as well just ordered 3. Felt to me like the person may have been new.

Thought I’d give this location another try yesterday evening. Given the previous experience was not enjoyable. I’m not sure what exactly is going on at this location as we sat with the button pushed, screen even showed it was activated, for over 10 minutes and no one answered. Maybe the stall was not working but it looked as if it was. So we left. 15 minutes North from there and you can get a much better Sonic experience?

I visit here a lot and I find the staff to be very cordial very friendly and I find them to be very efficient. However on this particular day they were overwhelmed with customers and the person taking the orders was not able to respond to our request in a timely fashion. I suggest that from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. you might want to get an extra person in there.

Our local Sonic had gotten better! Faster service and the burgers have definitely gotten better. They still fill the cups to the rim with ice, so you’re buying a $3 cup of ice with very little drink. Do better.
