Location is a hit or a miss. Sometimes my food is cooked to perfection and my coffee is just right and sometimes it’s not ‍♀️ I came here two weeks ago and my iced coffee didn’t have enough syrup at the bottom and tasted bitter. The employees are usually pleasant to me though.

Whenever I am on the way into the office I go to this one and they get more right every time! Excellent service, friendly and the coffee is perfect, just the way I like it! The first thing you notice about this place once you step inside the store is the friendliness of the associates. It is so welcoming that you would want to sit and enjoy a fresh drink and of course and delicious donuts. The welcome everyone to just come in and do their homework, business meetings, etc… whether you plan on purchasing anything or not. Free charging ports all around the shop. I must also say that the place is in pristine condition. Very clean!

I came through the drive thru today and spent almost $10. After I made the purchase, I started having digestive distress related to diverticulitis. I parked to go into the Dunkin here, only to find the door locked, with a sign posted the lobby would be closed at 6pm. It was an emergency, and the lady who took my money refused to allow me use the restroom after telling her it I really needed to go. I’m almost 60 years old and to have one of your employees not understand how much I needed the facilities was beyond lacking empathy and flexibility, bordering on negligence. Why for instance does this lobby close at 6pm at a store that’s opened for 24 hours. I regularly patronized this store, but will no longer. ‍♀️

Horrible experience. I’m an Uber eats driver and when I delivered the order three items were missing. I told the customer I would go back and pick up the missing items. When I called DUNKIN to explain they messed up the order I got yelled at by the manager and hung up on. I called again and explained the situation, he screamed at me told me the order was right and told me to stop calling and hung up. Horrible customer service!!! I will be contacting corporate office. And the better business bureau.

There seem to be two owners, a middle aged couple. The woman took my order, got it wrong despite me repeating it, and then had an attitude when I asked her to verify it was oat milk. It in fact was not, as I spent the rest of the morning in terrible pain.
