I have been going here for years and since ownership change the food has gone down hill with it. Over the past year or so I have everything from moldy broccoli, Metal brillow pad fibers in my food and there is no longer any form of consistency or care in preparation. I order beef/chicken and broccoli almost always and it is never the same! Tonight I got Chkn and Broccoli and it is literally drowning in liquid like soup and it is so incredibly salty its inedible. Sure you can call and complain and they fix it but this has become a constant thing and the food has not gotten better. It is very disappointing to feel the need to stop being a patron after years of support but something has to change.

Ling’s used to be really good but under the new management its just gross. The General Tso’s chicken container wasnt all the way full and it was so over cooked it’s grisly and chewy like it has been nuked in a microwave for too long and the steamed dumplings are inedible. Greasy mystery meat in an over boiled dumpling type rubbery casing. And don’t order off their website because all the items are almost $3 more then if you were to order at the window (example: dumplings are $4.99 at window, $7.59 online). Sadly disappointed and never going back.

I thought this was going to be like the Ling’s Bistro on Wanamaker but it isn’t. 🙁 The hot & sour soup tasted like pure soy sauce. The other dishes we had were just meh. The woman at the counter watched very loud TikToks while ringing me up. I don’t plan on going back.

Paid 25 for an entree that was not nearly what I asked for. I tipped the cashier to make sure she related what I requested to the cook. I wanted the general tsos crispy and extra onions in the rice . Meat was soggy and the rice was plain . 25$ for that ? Rice looked so pale, I’ve never seen fried rice that pale. I had just gotten back from a trip so I was exited to eat until I opened it up when I got home. Threw it in the trash . A WASTE

Have you ever ordered a hamburger and they forgot to include the hamburger, how about ordering a hot dog and they forgot to include the hot dog. Well we ordered the chow mein and they forgot to include the chow mein. The shrimp chowchow mein but neither of the dishes contained noodles. No soy sauce to go with the rice either.

We wasted over 30 dollars on food I couldn’t eat because it was so old and overcooked I felt like I was chewing on a bone. Rice was white not fried. So disgusting. Worst Chinese ever.

Food is as much as you would expect. Service is absolutely terrible. Feeling as if you’re getting on the customer service representative, you want to leave asap, but the food takes so long you can’t. So its super awkward until your food gets to you.

Been there twice. Both times they failed to give me what I ordered and paid for! Will not go back. Sometimes understandable if a place is very busy. Both times I was there there was only 1 other customer. Maybe that explains it better than just did. Dont waste your time or money.
