I personally always preferred BK to McDonald’s simply for flame broiled burgers. It makes you think back to backyard BBQ with the family. I came here because I do not eat fast food often and just had a craving for onion rings. I saw they modernized this BK and it looks nice. I think BK would be a better choice for food but to each his own. My kids worked at McDonald’s, and you don’t want to hear the stuff they told me.

I ordered my meal with issues. The cashier did not understand my order and forgot to charge me. So I ended up charger 3 times, with order 69, 68 and 71 for my entire meal. Whatever. I get over that. But as I stood there, I watched the team member who was about to prepare my food. He was on his phone the whole time i was ordering and once the order came in, he started grabbing the bread and meat and nuggets with his bare hands. He didn’t wash his hands after touching his phone. He had the food ready to go and went to the back for something. At this point, I told the manager that he was touching the food with his dirty hands. Then he put on his gloves when he heard me complain and the manager talked to him. They made my order again, which I appreciate. I am unhappy that this place is unhygienic and also, has bad customer service. I was trying to explain to them my issues and the manager gave me attitude.
