Trying to order pizza by call in. No answer. Tried many times. Finally ordered through website. Went to go pick it up and called the number while I was in the store to see if it was the correct number, the 3 employees just sat in the back and let it ring. They weren’t busy, just a bunch of lazy workers. If your wanting some pizza, save yourself the time and frustration and order from the Forsyth store.

I waited 2 hours to receive the crappiest small pizza I’ve ever seen in my life, barely any cheese, overdone crust and it was cold. My 2 kids are still hungry after a long day because of this “pizza” they sent. And they were missing half my order. They have DoorDash delivering for them now.. I called Casey’s to get a refund for my missing items, and they told me I have to get a refund from DoorDash, EVEN THOUGH I didn’t order through DOORDASH.. I ordered from Casey’s website.

Easily worst Casey’s out of all ones in Decatur they have messed up multiple orders I have had orders where I only received one item and charged for rest and when wanting get refund they just laugh and hangup you spend 40 dollars they only give 5 dollars worth of stuff you ordered. One of my orders was large pizza was fine nothing wrong but they said they were out of soda and charged me for it and then didn’t want give refund I have lost over 60 dollars at that store because I wanted try them again make sure it wasn’t just rough night.

Over 90 minutes for delivery of a medium pizza seems very long for a pizza that cooks in less than 15 minutes (former employee of a Caseys). When the pizza finally did arrive, it was undercooked and cold. This seems to happen every time I order from the store that is less than 2 miles from my house. I always try and give locations more than one opportunity before I leave a review, especially a one star, but this has happened many times before. When I choose to drag my children out to go pick up my food, it is ready in less than 20 minutes and trying to call to complain only gets me snapped on. IF I ever choose to order from this Casey’s again, I will make sure to pick up my food personally and check to be sure it is properly cooked. 🙁

Worst Casey’s in Decatur, everything has been out of order for “cleaning” for like 2 years now, no doughnuts or pizza or hot food is ever made or ready, the workers change every other day so that says a lot. Management is always friendly and has been given a mess to deal with that’s unfair. Casey’s higher ups need to help them out instead of just letting things sit there and get them up to speed with other Casey’s and just other gas stations in general.

We always order our pizza from this Casey’s and the workers are always very friendly. Tonight we ordered pizza and cheese breadstick. They called us and said they were out of cheese breadsticks, but asked if they could make a homemade version for instead. I said go for it, and they are delicious! Most places may have just not bothered at all, but we thought it was very kind of them to offer making them from scratch.

I’ve stop in at Casey on mound road to buy 2 25 fl.oz cans of natural light and each time was charged 5.70. When the cooler tag said 1.79 each..told the clerk and she went to check and came back and said she was going to change tag today..so for 2 month they haven’t changed tags…I will do my inside buying elsewhere
