If you’re expecting crazy fast delivery from this location, hang up your hat, you’ll be lucky if you get your food within an hour. Last 4 times I’ve ordered off my app from this location, I’ve ended up calling to cancel because it has sat for over 30 minutes without a delivery person

I placed our order at 5:26pm. It is currently 6:33pm and we are STILL waiting on it to be delivered. Normally I would be more understanding about being a little behind but I’m paying for the speed of the delivery. Not to mention the JJ location I ordered from is not even 8 minutes down the road from me. This is very disappointing. I would have gone and picked it up myself because it would have been faster. However, I’m sick at the moment and struggle getting out of bed. I’m never the one to leave bad reviews but this is literally ridiculous.

Seriously Wish I could 0 star this store. Twice I have ordered here in the last 6 months for delivery. First was an hour then today I ordered at 11 and I call at 12:15 to see if they had left to deliver yet and the rude girl who answered the phone told me they are and have been 1.5 to 2 hours out?!?. Freaky fast?? I cancelled my order. Who knows if I’ll get refunded or not. What a joke

Very disappointed with you guys! I have been eating Jimmy’s John’s for the longest. I love these samiches!! Got a Big Italian and slim. Got home and had a TON of meat on the Big Italian and only veggies on the slim with no meat at all!! The manager gave me a credit which was very honorable of him. But the crew…they were horrible! They didn’t make the sandwich like it should’ve been made. I’ll be going back to the JJ shop in Marion. They can teach those guys in CR how to make the samich right!!

It would be nice to get the correct sandwich. I ordered a #5 with no tomato, extra oil and vinegar. I don’t know what sandwich I received but it had peppers and mayo on it. A #5 does not have either of those!
