Ordered takeout online, 40 min prep time. Small Galbi boneless and a diet coke set me back a little over $17. Packed in an army tank of a box there was a good amount of chicken, super juicy and savory. I expected a lot more crunch than what was presented. I wasn’t given any napkins or utensils and reminded them I ordered a drink too.

This was our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised. We dined in and our food was brought over quickly. Everything was delicious. The portions were huge too. My boys can’t wait to go back.

Very good food and clean. They should advertise themselves more, the place is somewhat hidden. Also, it would be nice to add ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip in. Other than that and improvements on the ambience a bit….it is a winner.

When I first walked in I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of flavors and was eager to order. To bad the staff was not as eager or enthusiastic as I was. After a quick hi, I could see the 2 people standing off to the side conversing and probably getting ready to leave. I would care about that if I were a supervisor but as a customer I’m wondering if someone is going to take my order today? Needless to say this was not a great or even ok first experience with this restaurant. There was no one else there to order. I finally was able to order when the older gentleman told one of the young guys who JUST CLOCKED IN to take my order. Sooooo, glass half-full thinking, I was told hi and he did eventually get someone to take our order but I highly doubt I will be returning to this establishment. I have yet to try the food because I am currently waiting for it but I hope it is amazing to account for this experience. AND YOU CANNOT ORDER A 16 PIECE IN 2 DIFFERENT FLAVORS, you must spend more and order two 8 pieces. I may have gotten over that a bit more had I not just stood there waiting but rather be greeted and spoken to like a human being/customer. This also would have allowed me to order all that I originally was going to order but decided against as I waited. Thanks, I will update if the food is good. But it seems like I will have to stick to bon chon and the 2 flavors they provide, good service makes food taste even better.

Wanted to some Korean bbq and going this place. Service was very good. Staff explained that it will take some time get our order and it was done sooner than estimated. The wings wert great. Ordered some dumplings and sweet potato fries. All of it was good. Definitely have to try all the flavors. I’m definitely coming back for more.

First time trying BBQ Chicken on a recommendation. Just ordered a medium box of Korean-style, sauced-up, iron clad chicken wings. The soy garlic sauce was quite good. Price is a bit higher than average for wings, $1 < per wing. Would have liked a side of the pickled daikon to cut the grease. A nice place for a snack during an H-Mart run.

I was there for the first time in Hartsdale, NY. I’ve been at Mad for Chicken, BonChon, and other Korean chicken places for many years and exactly know how they all taste like. This place is hands down. They also have variety flavors you can’t find from other Korean chains. Must have Kimchi fried rice to finish your meal. I plan to visit again to try the remaining 7 other flavors

Really good chicken! Stays crispy even after few hours from take out. Really worth the wait. They should have a half half set of wings that could be both soy and honey combination. I had to order two mediums to try out both flavors.

Nice Korean fried chicken place I recommend the honey garlic flavor it the best flavor ever in my opinion there chicken is really crispy juicy crunchy and I also recommend radish on the side
