I’ve been coming here since 2000, whenever I’m in Little Saigon for the best Hu Tieu I’ve ever found. I was first introduced to the restaurant by a recent immigrant from south Vietnam, who proclaimed it as authentic and the best. I get the large bowl of Hu Tieu Thanh Xuan Dac Biet with the clear noodles. I order it Kho (dry) and add the bowls of red sauce and chicken broth myself. It’s so tasty, I have no problem driving the 85 miles from San Diego to get it. The complimentary chrysanthemum drink is also very good. The employees are friendly and treat you like family. Always a great experience.
