It takes so long to give us room to sit inside to start the order. There were a lot of empty tables, but they said we had to wait for 15 minutes. But it took 35 minutes only to come inside. Then it takes 10 minutes to take the order. And then it takes 45 minutes to bring the food. They didn’t even get the salad or a glass of water—there was such lousy customer service. I never come back here and waste my family time. The kids were so hungry. They brought, after 25 minutes, only a small bowl with some bread. It’s unacceptable that kind of customer service. I definitely highly recommend going somewhere else. Anywhere else is better than here. We tried to keep the kids busy with painting. The food needs salt But, the customers were not good. The food doesn’t have enough salt, and you could not find it on the table. Waitress did

Used to be one of my favorite places to go but I guess not anymore. We went today after a long time ordered our usual chipotle pizza and chicken dumplings. The dumplings were completely not well presented when I looked I was like what went wrong here with this place. Then came the pizza, they completely destroyed it. There was no green dipping sauce and the beans and corns were ice cold. It was a horrible experience.

Currently sitting in the restaurant writing this review so I don’t forget. What a disappointment and I didn’t even have high expectations. We came here because the other pizza place near by seems to have relocated or shut down, should’ve went somewhere else. Price, this place is way too expensive for the quantity and quality that you receive. Taste. The spinach artichoke dip was bland. Not sure if it was supposed to be a healthier version but I’ve had so much better. The Mexican Street Corn was okay, not sure how you over cook corn, but they succeeded. I’m not sure what it was with the Spicy Honey Bee Focaccia. For one, it wasn’t spicy, but when I bit into it all I could say was “no”. I wanted to spit it out. The pizza wasn’t the worst, but it also wasn’t the best. If we’re being honest, it’s very hard to mess up pizza. The cherry on top of this experience was getting the bill and seeing the fish taco I did not eat and expressed I did not like still on the bill, we had to ask to get it taken off. The only good thing about this place was the butter cake with Häagen-Dazs ice cream (Häagen-Dazs doesn’t miss). I would come back here ONLY for the cake, but I would take it to go. That cake is the reason this place has one star (if you could give zero). I won’t speak on staff because we only dealt with one person and the other tables seemed happy with their waiters. So basically, if you want food there are 100% better places you could go. If you want butter cake, this is it.

Sitting in the restaurant and writing this review. I have been to this establishment before and was somewhat satisfied, however, today the quality of the food was obscene. To start off the waitress slammed caveman like torn pieces of bread down in the table with clumps of deformed butter curds with no care for any sort of presentation. Secondly, the spinach artichoke dip was clearly defrosted and has a mucus green film over it. Additionally the chips were stale and wet from a bowl that wasn’t properly dried. The Mac and cheese was grainy and clearly not fresh. Honestly, this place needs a health inspector to re-evaluate it as I am not even sure if the food is safe to eat. For a place that was a childhood favorite for me, this is incredibly saddening to see how far this location has fallen. I will not be returning.

Pasta was pretty mediocre, pizza was good but the crust was really hard and on the edge, it was pretty burnt. The butter cake was okay but pretty dry. The avocado spring rolls were amazing though and I would definitely order that again.

Went for my hubby birthday 11/01/21 So the host sat us right next to two other families like duh Covid-19 still around, We moved because we didn’t want to be so close to the other families, hardly no one was in the restaurant. We ordered Shirley temple’s that’s our lil drink which tasted nothing like a Shirley temple. ‍♀️

This location can be hit or miss with both food and service. I had lunch on a Wednesday afternoon which I believe added to the good experience we had. The restaurant wasn’t very crowded and our server, Byron was on top of things. I had the half sandwich/soup lunch special. My granddaughter had the kids cheese pasta. Both were tasty and a great value. Be cautious of going on a Friday evening or the weekends as there are typically long wait periods for tables and food

I thought my bowl was great, but my kids ordered a kids Alfredo sauce pasta. It was extremely grainy and dry and had a lot of garlic. I also thought the service was a little slow we had a lot of dishes just sitting on the table and we’re not cleared off until we got up to pay our bill. Will not be returning.

Food was fine; not great but not horrible. Service stunk though. Our server didn’t check on us once, didn’t bring an item we’d asked for and didn’t refill our waters. I stopped eating because I couldn’t eat more without water and we flagged her down to ask for more. She acknowledged she’d heard us but never brought water. Because we had to be somewhere else and time was running out I left half of my meal and had to go walk to find her to get the bill. When I pointed out we were never checked upon and our requests for more water weren’t fulfilled so I’d left half my meal, she shrugged her shoulders and told me she was busy. I literally NEVER don’t leave a tip, but she did not get one. Just reading all of the reviews from this place and if this restaurant is anything it’s consistent in their slow, crummy service. Oops, should’ve read before I went there. I also really like how whomever replies on behalf of CPK actually thanks people for 3 star reviews, like it’s an achievement .
