Our order we got was incorrect. The manager Ms. Shirley was very rude and kept arguing with the customer (me). I told her that the Mexican pizzas that we order had been cooked in old or bad oil. She kept arguing with me and trying to teach me about how it is. She was not ready to listen to the customer (me) at all. I was being nothing but respectful. I did not use any foul language. Also, when I was taking photos of the store as a customer, she was telling me I can’t and she’ll call the police. She also did not give me back my original receipt because she knew I’d do a survey. I had to ask her several times for her name before she said “Ms. Shirley”. She was not wearing a name tag either. The store had benches which were exposed of screws/bolts which was a hazard. However, they did not block off the area. It was available for customers to sit down. Also, the restaurant was very dirty. All of this made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable for us to dine there ever again.

Always love taco bell, my go to is 3 crunchy tacos with fire sauce. I ordered the Nachos Bellgramde, but what happen to the size, its like 1/3 the size it used to be. It’s now just a one person portion, then the cook got mad cause I asked for no sour & it was slap right in the middle of it so she had to remake it. Otherwise, all was good. They do need to reupholste their bench seatings, it’s all torn up.

Taco Bell in general seems to be dead set and determined to include sour cream on every item, despite my protest. This location is the most offensive. You’re getting sour cream, whether you plead and protest or not. And if you check your food at the window and ask them kindly again “no sour cream” they will be sure to make your food again— with extra sour cream

Do yourself a favor and just go to the location on 29. We went in today around 2:30pm and stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and no one ever came to take our order. A female employee even walked by and told others in the back that there was people waiting at the counter and still no-one came. We ended up walking out and going to the location on 29 where they served us with a smile.
