Clean, modern classic BBQ restaurant with all the classics. The brisket, sausage, ribs, onion rings, steak chips, cheddar cheese tots and Texas toast were all delicious they have pulled pork & roast turkey options too.

This might just be my favorite BBQ place in town now. The brisket was very tender and not dried out like a lot of places serve. The cheddar jalapeño sausage was really good as well. I tried all their sauces except the sweet one. The original was good, the hickory was really good, but the spicy was by far my favorite on the brisket. Their mustard BBQ sauce on the cheddar jalapeño sausage was awesome! The Mac and cheese was really good too! Next time you’re in the Northgate area you should give this place a try.

It was great! I got the 2 meat plate with pulled pork, hot Polish sausage, and the mac and cheese. To date, this is the only barbecue place I have gone to in the Springs with many mac and cheese, and the mac here, while kind of lukewarm, was delicious,. The sausage was spicy and very well cooked, and the pulled pork, while never usually my favorite dish, was rather good. The place also has 4 different barbecue sauces, all great. Probably the best barbecue joint in the Springs.

Below average flavor, staff was great but we won’t be back. Coleslaw to spicy and terrible flavor, beef sausage sandwich was below average, fries were good. Baked potatoes good, twice smoked brisket was good but chewey.

We are looking for awesome BBQ in the Springs area and were hopeful this restaurant would be our new go-to for BBQ away from home. Overall, I would eat here again but I am also interested in comparing this location to the other one in Monument.

The service staff was really nice. The Mac was very cheesy and delicious. My bun was burnt unfortunately on my sandwich. I liked how they had turkey and chicken as options. They also have a wide variety of sauces.

Wow! That was amazing, the brisket had the perfect amount of char, moist, fell apart and the flavor, mm-mm perfect. The sauces were awesome as well, and if you are looking for spicy barbecue sauce, I would try the Hickory, Spicy and Mustard. I had the Jalapeno Tater Tots to add a little kick to the meal. If the pictures don’t make you hungry then you may not be alive.

Worst piece of Texas Toast ever…not toasted…burnt would more accurately describe it. When I asked for the brisket to be as lean as possible, the response was not…no problem but silence… 1/2 of the brisket part of my 3 meat lunch was too fat to eat, the okra was not cooked long enough…it fell off the breading. The baked beans were dry and not fresh. I have had the same experience with the okra at the Monument location…..time for Dickeys! That is what I got for a 30.00 lunch!

Two stars cause the jalapeno tots where good. The house sauce was good. However I purchased the 4 rib combo and got the smallest most dry ribs I’ve ever eaten. It reminded me of tender cut beef jerky. Not quite hard yet, but nowhere near juicy like they should be. Should have taken a photo but I debated on writing a review
