The food is great, good portions for a reasonable price. However, the customer service is awful. No communication or empathy about problems from neither front of house staff or owners. I ran into an issue after placing a large online order and the person working was dismissive and uncommunicative with an immediate attitude. Tried reaching out to the owners to share my experience and it went completely ignored. No apology or empathy at all. Although the food is good, it is very unlikely I will ever be returning.

Whether you’re looking for lunch or late night sustenance, Supdniks is the place to go! Service is always quick and friendly, and there hasn’t been a single menu item I disliked. Every option is great! I’ve brought lots of out of town friends, and they always enjoy it. It’s my go-to for a quick bite off Broughton! Bonus- the potato post-its are pretty cool. Reminiscent of Abe’s on Lincoln vibes.
