The previous owners set this place up to fail. It was already a nightmare. I was a manager at the 119th store before it closed down. I was looking for a new job during that time. I see all the dunkin that they had are not doing well. Gut the staff and start over. Horrible coffee. It was cold. My muffin was old

Received the wrong order even though the staff asked me multiple times what I wanted and I repeated the order multiple times and even at the window but still received the wrong coffee and the wrong donuts. If was laughable though because I generally will only go there once every couple of years and I realize that I just shouldn’t go there at all. I probably will not go back.

This location is ran poorly. There is never enough staff to operate like it should there have been numerous of times I have been and the front door is locked due to not enough staff to operate at normal business hours. My order is almost always never made correctly. It’s just really not even worth it to come anymore. And it’s unfortunate.

Absolutely sorry and pathetic excuse of a donut shop. I stood there for five minutes waiting for an employee but apparently none were around – except the one who scurried to the back when I walked in. So I just left after realizing this was all a waste of time. If this is how you clowns run your miserable business then do everyone a favor – close up shop and fold. It would save everyone the hassle.
