They don’t even get one star to be honest .I called on 1/28/2023 to get the special in the picture, once I was done placing the order they told me a different price than what was listen on the coupon on their website. I asked the man if they can honor the coupon price and he said he will ask his manager and he said the manager said that was the price. I asked if I could speak to the manager and the man came back and said his manager said “If I can’t figure it out then he can’t figure it out”, they were very rude, the manager and the man on the phone. They lacked customer service and we loved eating from but we will not patronize this establishment. I will be calling the corporate office and informing them of how the company is running their business and their lack of customer service. There is always someone above the manager and I will speak with them. The treatment is disgusting when all I asked was can they honor the coupon code amount that was online.

I don’t hold many expectations for any “national” pizza chains…this one is a very solid option. Online ordering was fairly simple, product was (almost the commercials!) picturesque, very tasty and the delivery time was phenomenal(33min)!!! If this holds up beyond the first time, I’ll be a frequent customer

Ordered a pepperoni mushroom pineapple and jalapeño pizza to go. When I received it at my house and opened the box I was very disappointed looks like they cooked the pizza first then took it out and added everything on top straight out of the can and never cooked it.
