It took 30 minutes to get our pizza even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The carbonation was not functioning on the soda machine — all sodas were flat. We told them about the carbonation, and their answer was “oh…yeah someone said that earlier this week too”…they had no intention of fixing it even though we paid for fountain drinks. No ATM in the building to get cash for games…so my husband went down the shopping center to the bank. He came back with cash and tried to use their coin machine to get quarters, and it was not functioning, and the cashiers said they didn’t have enough quarters. So my husband left the building to get cash for nothing. There was no music playing, so it was awkwardly quiet.

I had a pizza delivered to my home , I didn’t feel safe opening the door because the driver wasn’t even wearing a uniform, he looked just like a normal person and now a days you can’t trust anyone. Strongly recommend that they have the drivers wear uniforms, I tried calling the store but the manager was rude and said that he can’t control what they decide to wear. Not to mention the delivery took over 2 hours I ordered at 3:15 and did not receive until 5:30

Arrived to find no one at the register and a short line of people. The tables were stacked with garbage so we bussed our own table (as did three other guests while we were there). Roughly half of the salad bar items were out and the spinach was discolored and wilted. It took about 30 minutes for one pizza to arrive and the juke box was so loud we could barely talk. Other than that…the pizza wasn’t too bad.

Man what happened to good service?!?! I left a good review last time, cuz the service, food and atmosphere were amazing, but this time it was bad. I went in this week and none of the friendly faces I had once knew are all gone. All has been runing the store seemed to be people who barely speak english. I tried to order with the girl in the front and it took several times to get my order down. Plus there’s a guy in a collared shirt who’s always on his phone in the front. I decided to leave early because it got too uncomfortable. Also the food was burnt on the edges and was left on the window for a good twenty minutes. The salad bar looked empty and the beer wall had a dead bugs in it. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back. Overall 1 ☆ -recent

This has been my go-to pizza place for poker and D&D nights for a while but I’m leaving a 2 star review not based on the food (the pizza is actually really good) but on recent experiences. I guess they’ve chosen to use an overseas call center now for their phone orders (and I make that assumption because I had to call four times for a pizza order and they kept disconnecting me and every call back was a different person entirely) and it makes the process of trying to order more difficult and less trustworthy. I don’t feel comfortable giving my details to someone not local that has no interaction with the service.

Employees are terrible. Barely speak English and rush you through the phone. Extremely frustrating and very rude. I spoke to 3 different people to try and figure out a coupon and these people made it so complicated. Then they proceeded to hang up on me not once but twice. I would highly suggest getting people that can understand English better and have more patience. Definitely no round table for us anymore.

Order #34 invoice number 1033008. Ordered an original crust large pizza. We received a super thin crust. We complained and the supervisor said he would not do nothing about it. Angel said that they don’t have original crusts and he would not do nothing about it. This place management is absolutely off track, shaming. I would recommend you go spend your money somewhere else!
