We end up at this restaurant purely accidental (we’d wanted to go to Aladdin which is also in Golden). But we don’t regret trying this Middle Eastern restaurant. It’s new, clean, and service is pretty fast. My daughter ordered the plate with a little of this and that and I ordered curry chicken. The portions are big so we end up taking most of it home. A smarter idea would have been to share one plate, especially if you have small appetites like us. The food had enough flavor that eating the dishes the next day still tasted good. To improve the restaurant, I think they need to blast Arabic music in the background and also smile and be upbeat. I’m just saying that’s what we’d like, but not everyone is like us. The food is good!

I was really disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. The food just didn’t live up to my expectations. We decided to order the Chicken Kebob, but unfortunately, the chicken was dry and lacked juiciness. Even the hummus didn’t taste as good as I had hoped. It was so bitter. What made matters worse was that the server seemed disinterested and didn’t bother asking if everything was okay. To top it off, the rice was excessively oily, which was not what I would expect from a Mediterranean restaurant. Overall, it was definitely not the experience I had anticipated

This is such a fun place with extremely nice people! Our server bent over backward to make sure we had exactly what we wanted, and the food was incredible! They make the food fresh for you, so don’t be in a hurry. Special requests are fine as well. We will definitely eat here again when in the area.

We love stopping here on our way back from hikes up in the mountains. The food is consistently delicious (especially the fresh pita) We ordered the an Amir combo, meat combo and lamb shank which I highly recommend! Very tasty! We also ordered a mango strawberry juice which was flavorful and refreshing. Make sure to check Amir grill out! You won’t be disappointed

Amir Grill is a great place to stop by while you are in Golden. It has great everything, and I can say, your taste buds are in for a treat. There is literally delicious seasoning on every dish, from the Chicken Shawarma entree to the fries. And to have so much good food in such huge portions, you will not be disappointed while going here. The Chicken Shawarma entree and fries that I ordered when I went with my friends probably could have fed 2 or even 3 depending on the people!

Food was amazing. I had the Meat combo plate and everything was delicious. The price was right and I left full and satisfied. Staff was kind and gracious. Kitchen was a little on the slow side for the main meal but that would be my only critique. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone with a broad palette.

The falafel sandwich was good and well priced. The falafel was also amazing! One feedback would be for it to be a little more moist. Adding more cucumbers/tomatoes might help with this. The baklava was decent. Worth the price.

I was recommended this place from some friends who live in the area. Hands down some of the best middle eastern food I’ve had. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I recommend getting the chicken shawarma plate! Will be back as often as I can!

I wanted to really line this place, but our server made it difficult. The food was good, service quick, but communicating with the server was a challenge the entire evening. Also….please give your bathroom a good cleaning. That alone is one reason I will not return to a restaurant. A dirty bathroom always makes me wonder how the kitchen is upkept.
